Exchanges & Returns
Can I return my order?
- Return merchandise must be returned in same condition as sent to receive refund.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of merchandise's ship date.
- Merchandise returned without valid RMA number will be sent back at shipper's expense: Call 1.888.245.9858 for return authorization (RMA)
- 100% credit will be provided if damaged or incorrect merchandise (due to 20/20 Promotions error) is received
- 15% restocking fee (85% credit on purchase price) will be applied against all other returns
- No returns will be accepted on any merchandise that has been personalized, i.e. embroidered with store or personal name.
Shipping
How quickly are orders shipped?
Stocked merchandise will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. Special Order merchandise will be shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of your order.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping charges for standard delivery to the continental US are calculated on a price matrix. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated according to the UPS Blue rates. Expediated shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
