Exchanges & Returns

Can I return my order?

  1. Return merchandise must be returned in same condition as sent to receive refund.
  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of merchandise's ship date.
  3. Merchandise returned without valid RMA number will be sent back at shipper's expense: Call 1.888.245.9858 for return authorization (RMA)
  4. 100% credit will be provided if damaged or incorrect merchandise (due to 20/20 Promotions error) is received
  5. 15% restocking fee (85% credit on purchase price) will be applied against all other returns
  6. No returns will be accepted on any merchandise that has been personalized, i.e. embroidered with store or personal name.

Shipping

How quickly are orders shipped?

Stocked merchandise will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. Special Order merchandise will be shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of your order.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping charges for standard delivery to the continental US are calculated on a price matrix. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated according to the UPS Blue rates. Expediated shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
